Supported Living

A path back to independence

In May of 2020 the company took another dramatic step by embracing their vision to create a service for people living with mental health issues who needed support to find a pathway back to recovery.

This vision resulted in the opening of Macy’s Court in February of 2022. This was further complemented recently by our determination to promote our services, by the opening of Harrys Court in Bedworth, and our move on facility in Meriden St in Coventry. This has been a significant series of developments, all completed with the support of health professionals and services across the locality.

I was at Macy’s Court for a year and a half and it was great. They assisted me on to my next step which I really appreciated. Words cannot describe.
— Sam, Macy's Court resident

Macy’s Court

Is a purpose-built supported living service, boasting modern styled apartments, all ensuite, with modern facilities and environmentally conscious solar powered energy saving utilities.

Macy’s is a supported living service based in the north side of Coventry near to the Ricoh stadium. It is a community of staff and residents who receive support to ensure their transition through to eventual independence. A highly motivated, experienced, committed, and professional staff team operate the service on a 24/7 basis – staff being on hand all day and all night.

“I have struggled many times but they have always supported me. They helped me and did what is right for me. Without them I wouldn't of got the help I needed.”

— Serena, Macy’s Court resident

Harry’s Court

Our success at Macy’s brought some significant attention.

Our commitment to making a positive contribution to the health and wellbeing of the community ultimately paid off. We have helped many people – so we thought we would do it again. Harrys opened in May of this year. Slightly smaller than Macy’s and in Bedworth. This allowed us to create a positive footprint in Warwickshire that would enhance our contribution in the county.

The model of service delivery is the same as Macy’s, staff being present all day to help and support people through to eventual independence.

Meriden Street

Additionally, in May of this year we opened our move on facility in Coventry. This was designed as a step-down service from the higher support services at Harry’s and Macy’s. This has allowed people to experience a step toward independence whilst ensuring that they still have the safety net of a staff presence every day.

New developments in Milton Keynes

Following our successful developments in Coventry and Warwickshire we took the bold step of developing new supported living services in the Milton Keynes area. This will follow the same successful development plan that we have used before to establish an exciting and professional service in the area.

We are excited and pleased to announce the good news that we are currently working with developers to source the right buildings, and we anticipate opening in early 2024.
