Our experienced staff will help you to be as independent as possible while also staying safe. We recognise that everyone has unique goals and priorities. Our services are tailored to your needs, and what makes you happy.

We offer:

  • Domiciliary care – This could include supporting with personal care, medication, meals preparation, and accessing the community

  • Live in Care – With live-in care, individuals have a dedicated, trained and committed staff member who resides in their home around the clock, providing assistance and companionship on an ongoing basis.

  • House help and support services – Support with cleaning, washing, daily living tasks

  • Emotional and companionship support – Support with social inclusion, accessing the community, and companionship

  • Complex care – Support with peg feeding, tracheostomy, stoma care, and other specialised care to enable you live well at home

  • End of life care / Palliative support – We collaborate with other agencies, crafting care plans, prioritizing compassion, comfort, and dignity, to improve quality of life in the most challenging times
