FIELD TEAM LEADER
37.5 hours per week plus 2/3 days On Call Duties 
(Enhanced on call payment)



As a result of restructuring within the business an excellent opportunity has arisen for Field Team Leaders to join our field-based team.

In this role you will be responsible for the efficient management of a group of service users and carers. This will involve the supervision of Carers/Support workers, and the implementation of Service User needs, assessments, care/support plans, risk assessments and reviews. Most importantly you will be responsible for the delivery of a high quality service to the service usersers assigned to you.

To receive the fixed salary for this role you will be required to work 37.5 hours per week plus On-Call duties (paid separately) on a rota basis.  Your shifts will include evenings and weekends.  

You must have extensive experience of service provision in the Care industry, excellent communication skills as well as an understanding of assessment and care plans. You must be a self-motivated, reliable, committed and flexible.
